If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to send your product back to us.
We do not accept returns from international customers.
Items that are insured will have to be claimed through the shipping carrier.
Items returned will take 5-7 business days from date received to get the money back to your account.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
- The merchandise must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tickets attached, and in original packaging.

Not returnable or exchangeable at any time:
- Any item that has exceeded our 30 day return policy. (See above.)
- Any item that is sold as Final Sale or Clearance.
- All items returned used or altered will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Air Mattresses (air beds) are only allowed to be returned if it arrives defective on the day of shipment. If item is not in working condition from the same day you receive it, contact us the same day and we will take care of shipping back. Claims made more 24 hours after you receive the merchandise are void.
Gift Cards: Returned merchandise purchased with a gift card or store credit may be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. Lost or Stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Only ShopBobbys.com gift cards are redeemable online.
In-Store Returns: Any item(s) that are returned to the store will be returned for at the price paid. Only store credit or exchange is offered. No Refunds.
Free Shipping Orders: If an item is shipped using our Free Shipping Method, you may incur a deduction on your returned merchandise for the shipping expenses.
Shipping Expenses: Shipping expenses are not refundable, unless the mistake is expressly our fault.
