All items purchased from Shopbobbys are shipped through either UPS, USPS, and FEDEX, any loss of such items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and must be claimed with them.

 

Shopbobbys does not take title (ownership) for any merchandise until it is received at our eCommerce distribution center. Shopbobbys.com only accepts returns via our eCommerce distribution center. We do not accept any returns at our retail stores. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility, unless written authorization by one of our representatives is approved.

 

Shopbobbys tries to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and product information. However, Shopbobbys does not claim that all information is accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If you should find a mistake, please write us an email so we can correct it. If you receive an item and it is inaccurate as described on the site, you may return the merchandise, however, please contact our returns department before you return an item.

 

We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible on shopbobbys.com as well as in our stores. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in our stores. Shopbobbys.com's prices may be either higher or lower than the brick and mortar store prices. Our brick and mortar stores do not honor shopbobbys.com pricing and shopbobbys does not honor brick and mortar store pricing.

 

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced, if an item is mispriced your order will be cancelled and a representative of shopbobbys.com will contact you. An email and/or text will be sent to your inbox or my account page on shopbobbys.com.
