All items purchased from ShopBobbys are shipped through either UPS, USPS, and FEDEX, any loss of such items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and must be claimed with them.

 

ShopBobbys does not take title (ownership) for any merchandise until it is received at our eCommerce distribution center. ShopBobbys.com only accepts returns via our eCommerce distribution center. We do not accept any returns at our retail stores. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility, unless written authorization by one of our representatives is approved.

 

ShopBobbys tries to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and product information. However, ShopBobbys does not claim that all information is accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If you should find a mistake, please write us an email so we can correct it.
